I was gonna call this Grumble, Grumble, Grumble but decided the other fit better. If you're offended go away. Today I just plain don't care.
Ninety freakin degrees at the beginning of April. Hell no, I’m not finding this at all amusing. My head’s going to explode.
It just so happens I had my biannual appointment already scheduled with my favorite neurologist this week. Nope, nothing new invented since the last visit. Too bad, he hasn’t designed the pressure relief valve for my skull yet even though I volunteer to test it every time I see him. And he was very disappointed to hear that the big scary drugs he gave me to try did absolutely nothing.
This time he emptied his sample cabinet for me. Gave me all the stuff that has little success with anyone else. His reasoning was that I’m odd so maybe something will work on me. As I was leaving he made one parting comment. He offered to do away with me should it become it become necessary. Yeah, how cool is that! A highly trained professional willing to admit defeat. Or perhaps he’s just getting prepared to hide the evidence of his lack of success with me to save his track record. Either way it’s always nice to have options.

9 degrees? I gotta check out weather where I'm going this weekend so I can pack right. I've had to turn on the AC down here this week so I thought it would be at least pleasant up north by now. I think I live in a bubble down here in Florida. I forget what the weather is really like back home. Don't kill me, but I got a sunburn on the beach today. That reminds me - I need to get the aloe.
Hahaha...we only had 85 yesterday, and today it was 'cold' at 70. But then, rain moved in. Started the day in shorts and a tank, but finished in jeans and short-sleeved sweater!
If it is still supposed to be 90 tomorrow where you're at, I'll be on my way...or else I'll head down Ashley's way:)
Here's hoping the other stuff works, sweetie! I like his reasoning...and if he admits defeat, is he going to refer you to another dr or scientific study? I see you being a scientist's guinea pig for migrain research...
Hahahahaha...WV is 'spromis'!
